1973 Williams Star Action Pinball 100% Shopped & Ready To Play Add A Ball
Up for sale, I have a 1973 Williams, Star Action 1 player pinball machine. This machine has been fully shopped and is ready for play. The machine has had all contacts cleaned and adjusted. All stepper wheels cleaned, and any bad coils replaced. All burned out bulbs have been replaced, and playfield has had all targets removed and cleaned. The playfield has been cleaned and a new rubber kit installed on targets. The cabinet is in very good condition and has not been repainted, there are typical scratches and wear, but it is very nice and clean for a 45 year old game. The backglass is extremely nice with some very minor flaking or crazing to some of the paint, but not to noticeable. The playfield is very nice with minimal wear. I do have the metal back service door, but took it off so you could see the inside of the head. There were a total of 1,155 of these machine produced in 1973, and it has some really nice features such as 3 sound chimes, slingshots, drop targets, spinning posts, and add a ball feature for scoring. I have uploaded a short video to show the pinball game working, so please. To see the game working. The game is set to take coins, and coin mechanisms are both in working order. I do not have a key for machine, so lock from front coin door has been removed for easy access. Let me honest I love this machine – its in my living room – but my kid wants a sea doo speedster. One of the most fun machines to play – addictive. Top 20 machine of all time ever made. Very good condition- minor scratches. It plays like new fast balanced and plenty of spring in the 3 flippers – 3 ramps / 3 stations / gun machine that shoots from ramp – very cool. Coin or not – has controls so u dont have to start over every time u play. I have had it 2 yrs now – not one issue – plays like new – well maintained – new rubbers and rings on flippers – tuned up and play field waxed last fall. Its easy to do.
