Comes with everything you see in the pictures, I believe most or all of the necessary hardware is there. Maybe missing a few small screws and such but all the main pieces are present. I plugged in and tested the unit, the small light bulb behind the display panel needs to be replaced, but that’s a very cheap part, all the bumpers work and trigger loud n proud, but the score dial needs adjusting, it does not move incrementally each time you hit the bumper.
