Traditional kits keep the nostalgia but adds a brighter candle light color to see easily and brighten up plastics. Traditional (all warm white)? Candle light color but brighter. New Age (all cool white)? Crisp white, looks clean, sharp and much brighter. Kits are labeled for each section of the machine with colors and quantities shown for each section. Color bulb placement charts are also included for simple install. Charts are from machine manual and can be referenced if any issues. Kits may include specialty lighting such as color change bulbs, fire bulbs, flex bulbs/flashers, pop bumper ring bulbs, blinker bulbs, etc? Kit layouts all follow a machine and/or manual. Machines are not all the same and do not all or always follow the manual. Customers individual machine may differ from kit. Sockets may not be identical, color locations may differ, as well as placements. Customer machine may include more or less bulbs included in kit. International machines may differ from kit in several ways. Machines were not all produced identically or used identical parts. Many machines have several different bulb configurations. Getaway, for example, may have all bayonet base backbox lights or all wedge? Just how the machines were produced. Kits include replacements only for bayonet and wedge base bulbs listed and shown in the lighting diagram of manuals. Kits do not include light bars, light saber bulbs (Star Wars Ep1), rope lighting (Stargate) or tube replacements (Stern Machines).

The pros of the machine. The machine is in working order except that the light for the “throw out runner” button does not come on when you try to through out a runner, but does come on when the game is first powered on. These items have been replaced: cpu board. Dot matrix screen, all incandescent bulbs with LEDs, four circuit board ribbon cables, all 20 fuses, the control panel overlay. The solenoid/coil and extension spring for the bat assembly. The control panel buttons for the bat, the. Fastball, the curveball, the change up, the screwball, the throw out runner, and the bat, several control panel button switches, 6 pinballs, several wire connectors, the red T-molding, the playfield plastic for the homerun deck assembly, and the locks for the coin door, rear door panel, & back box. The four cabinet legs are new and black in color. The cons of the machine. It has cosmetic issues such as the faded decals on the front and sides of the machine. The cabinet shows minor wear and tear, splintering, and paint fading. The machine’s 16-diode switch & lamp assembly circuit board (part# A-14567) is missing and has been replaced by in line wiring of the missing diodes. There is no topper and no ticket or baseball card dispenser.

Slugfest by Williams 1991. Game is completely gone through by Orange County Pinballs, a full service pinball shop. Game goes through a rigorous refurbishment process and service checklist by professional pinball technicians to make sure it is 100% fully operational and looks great! All electronic boards are inspected, serviced, repaired and any burnt connectors replaced. Fuses are checked and correct fuse values installed (safety issue to prevent damage to the game or a fire). Cabinet vacuumed, outside of cabinet cleaned and inspected for any issues. Playfield is stripped down and all plastics, ramps and mechanisms are cleaned and the playfield is polished. If the game has plastic ramps they are flame polished to restore clarity and appearance. Flippers are rebuilt with new plungers, links and coil stops to ensure the strongest possible flippers. All rubber rings are replaced and all new lightbulbs installed. All switches are checked, adjusted or replaced. All coils and mechanisms are checked, adjusted or replaced. New sheet of tempered playfield glass. Locks with keys for full access inside the machine. Also the location must be tractor trailer accessible.
