Current build slots are open on april 26th. I’m proud to offer full size WPC/Williams widebody cabinets. These are not shortened down/resized, its the FULLSIZE, and all OEM hardware fits exactly as it should (side rails, lockdown bar and receiver, coin door etc). I started in this hobby over 14 years ago. Built dozens of cabinets, and even more PC’s for hobby enthusiasts around the country. I’ve bought flatpacks in the beginning, then i had access to a shopbot and started cutting my own cabinets. Now, i bought my own ALTMILL CNC, and im cutting my own cabinets for all of you to enjoy! I sell all sorts of vpin related things, so be sure to check out my other items! I included a assembled photo of the last standard width cabinet i did, it was a standard width lower, and standard width backbox (37″ playfield and a 27″ backbox, i dont usually do std width cabs anymore). The raw widebody cabinet in the pic is sitting, just leaned together, not glued yet, as it goes together like legos! The backbox is slightly WIDER than standard, due to most people wanting to fit 32 screens in the backbox. (you have 29.5 inside width in backbox). NO SCREWS OR NAILS NEEDED! Goes together with just wood glue. Cabinet Materials are 3/4 cabinet grade veneered plywood, very smooth and take vinyl and paint very well. Some panels are 1/2 to reduce weight, like backbox rear access panels. I use maple/oak/birch plywood for my wood source. Pics show some parts with black paint, theses were in build stage, you will receive raw wood, ready for paint and graphics. Playfield mount is now included in full cabinet kits! Button holes for flipper Buttons, Start, Extra Ball, Exit, Launch Button, and plunger cutout. (see photo for spacing/layout). Coin Door Cutout, and bolt holes pre-drilled. Hole for a down firing 8 sub. 1 button hole on bottom for power. Corners are CNC’d out for leg bolts to fit perfectly. T-Slots are cut in the sides for playfield glass side rails. Rear of cabinet has 2 holes for 120mm fans, and a power connector. Vertical panel where a led panel or lights would hang, below the rear glass channel location. This cabinet is made to line up with the williams corner mount leg brackets. DMD Panel designed for 15.6-inch LCD DMD’s and 5.25 inch speakers (holes or slots for speakers). I have attached a photo of a dmd panel with 4 speakers, for reference, can be customized! VESA mount panel for Backglass monitor included. Rear panels, with round vent holes on top, with mesh to cover holes. Removable rear service door with cylinder lock/key included. Holes drilled in backbox for WPC Hinges (3 holes per side) and the 2 pivot holes in the cabinet. If you DONT need a dmd panel, i can offer a small discount on parts you dont need. I can DELETE any holes/cuts free of charge. This is a LIGHT woodworking project, you will need glue, clamps, carpenter square for nice 90’s, some sandpaper, etc. There is VERY LITTLE sanding, due to thickness of wood varying, the edges of the cabinet usually need some light sanding where the joints are. 733 thickness it seems, so a variance of. 037 You will want to lightly go over the whole cab, to get super smooth before getting ready for vinyl graphics. Currently no backlog on orders!

A Virtual Pinball Cabinet Flat pack, including a full backbox. Precision cut using a CNC Machine and 3/4-inch high-quality MDX pinball cabinet plywood. MDX is a new product that uses a maple plywood core with a very thin outside layer of black melamine coated MDF. This thin outside layers eliminates the need for hours of sanding and painting to prep your cabinet for Vinyl. This is not MDF. It is simply a thin outside layer. This kit is designed to emulate an original Bally/Williams Style Widebody Pinball Cabinet.
