JUST TRADED INTO OUR STORE THE PINBALL DUDES IN JUPITER FL. BASED ON THE ICONIC MOVIE WITH THE SAME NAME STARRING JOE PESCE, DANIEL GLOVER AND MEL GIBSON. NOTHING IS COOLER THAN HEARING CALLOUTS FROM YOUR FAVORITE LW3 CHARACTERS WHILE PLAYING PINBALL. OUR INCREDIBLE TEAM OF TECHS DID A GREAT JOB ON THIS PIN. THE PLAYFIELD WAS STRIPPED TO ITS CORE, CLEANED AND WAXED, AND ALL NEW RUBBERS AND LED LIGHTS WERE INSTALLED. HOURS OF LABOR WENT INTO MAKING THIS THE AWESOME LOOKING PLAYFIELD YOU SEE IN THE PICTURES. THE PLAYFIELD IS A REALY SOLID ORIGINAL EXAMPLE, AND EXHIBITS MINOR WEAR FOR A 34 YEAR OLD PIN, IN OUR OPINION. THESE PLAYFIELDS ARE USUALLY REALLY BEAT UP DUE TO THE POPULARITY OF THE PIN, BUT THIS ONE IS VERY SOLID ORIGINAL. THE TECHS MADE SURE EVERYTHING WORKS AS IT SHOULD, AND THE PIN PLAYS AS IT SHOULD WITH NO ERRORS. TAKE A GOOD LOOK AT THE PLAYFIELD PICTURES TO SEE HOW AWESOME THE PIN LOOKS WITH THE LED LIGHTS INSTALLED. THIS GAME IS A TRUE CLASSIC WITH 3 POP BUMPERS, 3 CLASSIC DROP TARGETS, SMOOTH RAMP SHOTS, SEVERAL MULITBALL MODES, AND MY FAVORITE A JOE PESCE YELLING AT ME THE WHOLE GAME. THE CABINET IS A SOLID EXAMPLE WITH NORMAL NICKS AND SCRATCHES FOR A GAME OF THIS AGE AS WELL AS TOUCHUPS. WE INSTALLED BRAND NEW PLAYFIELD GLASS WHICH LOOKS GREAT. THE GAME PLAYS AS IT SHOULD WITH NO ERRORS. This custom 1990 Gottlieb Deadly Weapon pinball machine is a must-have for pinball enthusiasts or It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia fans. The game as designed originally by Gottlieb is a knock off of Lethal Weapon. The gang on Always Sunny made their own knock of Lethal Weapon on 2 separate episodes. I just had a wild hair to turn my old game into something unique and super cool. Hopefully you agree and want to add it to your collection! The machine before retheming had not been well taken care of and there are no stencil kits or premade vinyls to replace the original artwork on the cabinet, it was in poor shape as seen in the before pics, and needed a lot of love, the top of the backbox especially had to be rebuilt, and is now sturdy and solid, but is not perfect, the artwork I designed is one of a kind, and I own the pattern, I’m the only one with the files to recreate it, and I don’t plan on doing it again, as this is a low run machine of 800 or so made in 1990 and is the only one I’ve seen in 10 years of rebuilding and restoring games, the playfield is the only untouched area and is the original playfield from the game, it has wear and tear and is not perfect, mainly streaking and paint blemishes, someone at some point attempted to hand paint some areas and it shows, it does however play perfectly and is a very fast and fun game, the machine has been stripped down, sanded and painted, and put back together, all boards have being gone thru and are 100 percent working great! The new artwork is in excellent condition. The coin door was painted at some point and has runs and wear but it cleans up nice, and I felt it along with the playfield help it feel more authentic and loved in for the theme of the game and throwback feel it delivers. The game play and music and sound effects are all the original deadly weapon code, no mods. It plays as deadly weapon and is a very fun street level game, it is sure to be a conversation starter in any room. This pinball machine is perfect for those who love vintage arcade games and want to add something unique to their collection. Game also comes with a brand new original Deadly Weapon NOS translight!
