Bally Eight Ball The Fonz Pinball Machine, Excellent working condition

Classic Bally Eight Ball Pinball Machine in excellent working condition. This is one of Bally’s most collectible pinball machines, Eight Ball featuring the Fonz on the pinball backglass and a classic game of pool as the theme. This is a very fun pinball machine to play. Sink your 7 balls through slots and targets to light the 8-ball, then sink the 8-ball for some serious bonus points. The left spinner makes the mechanical chimes come to life with the sweet sound of points, sending the ball to the top to try your luck with balls 1-4. There is a bottom left breakshot lane which saves the ball from leaving the playfield (when lit), and also right lane bonus multipliers, Extra Ball and Specials. The game plays very well. The bumpers and flippers are remarkably strong and makes the game challenging and fun to play. One of the computer boards was upgraded to a Stern board and the battery on the MPU board was upgraded to prevent the leak issues that the original batteries are infamous for. The backglass is in excellent condition. The previous owner did some careful touch-ups on the playfield and cabinet, the white around the bonus ball lights 9-15 and around the “Same player shoots again” light near the flippers. The head cabinet frame around the backglass was repainted white, looks like a decent job. On the rear side of the cabinet, some repair work was done (see next to last picture). The machine sits perfectly solid. All of the artwork on the front and sides looks great. Eight Ball has a unique design from the era when pinball machines were transitioning from electromechanical to computer based. This machine plays mechanical chimes that are computer-triggered, rare to see on any machine new or old. The sounds from this pinball machine will take you back to that arcade in 1977. Bally / Midway Eight Ball Champ pinball machine (1985)

This listing is for a used Bally Eight Ball Champ pinball machine. It’s in decent shape overall but does have some issues. Something is wrong with the score display as it only displays 3s and 7s. There are some burnt out bulbs and a couple of the rollovers don’t work. Also, the left flipper needs to be replaced (I have the part but haven’t had time to do it). Everything is fixable for someone with the time and knowledge. Inside is very clean and includes the original manual. NICE 1985 Bally EIGHT BALL CHAMP pinball machine shopped FREE SHIPPING rare

Excellent, fully working condition. I have fully shopped this game and it plays great. Every single light bulb, switch, coil, and display segment is fully working. The MPU has a new off-board battery to hold high scores and settings. I did use cointaker super LEDs for all of the general illumination, but the feature lamps are still traditional incandescent lamps. They are all working and nice and bright. This particular era of Bally has a tough time driving LED lamps for the features without a lot of modifications installed. I made sure that every switch and coil is working perfectly. None of the displays have any burns in the digits – they all look and function perfectly. This game is absolutely 100% functionally. It is actually a really fun game. The 5 independent drop targets with hidden targets behind them are really cool and fun to shoot at. The rules are good, and the sound and speech is really classic and fun. This is a worthy sequel to Eight Ball Deluxe. And you won’t find a better or nicer one anywhere. CONDITION and RATINGS for THIS SPECIFIC MACHINE. Physical condition-wise, this game is outstanding. The cabinet is very solid and has no damage or water. Usually games from this era have the artwork either mostly or all peeled off, but this one has the over 99% of the cabinet art intact and looking good. The playfield has almost NO wear. The plastics are all perfect except for the small one over the middle drop target. That one has the left edge broken off. You can probably find a replacement for this piece of plastic. Otherwise the others are perfect. The backglass seems to be perfect as far as I can tell. I can’t see a single flaw anywhere. The coin door also appears to be in perfect condition. It has coin mechs. The game has brand new lock, bumper caps, light bulbs, rubber bands. If you need any more pictures or have any questions, please let me know – I’m happy to answer. COIN DOOR: 9.5/10. STANDARD GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF SOLID STATE PINBALL SHOPPING. Evel Knievel 4 player pinball machine by Bally 1977. Game is completely gone through by Orange County Pinballs, a full service pinball shop. Game goes through a rigorous refurbishment process and service checklist by professional pinball technicians to make sure it is 100% fully operational and looks great! All electronic boards are inspected, serviced, repaired and any burnt connectors replaced. Fuses are checked and correct fuse values installed (safety issue to prevent damage to the game or a fire). Cabinet vacuumed, outside of cabinet cleaned and inspected for any issues. Playfield is stripped down and all plastics, ramps and mechanisms are cleaned and the playfield is polished. If the game has plastic ramps they are flame polished to restore clarity and appearance. Flippers are rebuilt with new plungers, links and coil stops to ensure the strongest possible flippers. All rubber rings are replaced and all new lightbulbs installed. All switches are checked, adjusted or replaced. All coils and mechanisms are checked, adjusted or replaced. Bally 1977 Eight Ball Fonzie 4 Player Pinball Very Clean Works Great. Want to see a video of the game in play, just. I have uploaded 25 pictures of this game along with a video, so be sure to scroll down below the description to see all pictures. Here is a beautiful Bally 1977 “Fonzie” Eight Ball Pinball. The game has a new power supply, all bad bulbs replaced, new rubber kit, playfield has been cleaned. The game is fully working for all 4 players and score displays. The cabinet is beautiful with minor wear. The backglass is beautiful and playfield is very good with minor wear to some areas. The bottom left corner of backglass has a crack, but it is not really noticeable and it stays together when removed from game. The game is set for free play and coin mechanisms have been removed. I have key for the coin door, but the head I do not have the key, but the lock has been set in the unlock position to easily access the backglass and inside boards. Because grading is subjective to each individual, it is important that you review all pictures closely. If there is some damage or missing parts I will do my best to always mention what I see.
