THIS GAME TOOK THE PINBALL WORLD BY STORM IN THE EARLY 90’S. EVERYONE ALWAYS ASKS ME ABOUT THIS GAME AND IT IS ONE OF THE MOST POPULAR REQUESTS IN OUR STORE.. THIS GAME IS WELL KNOWN AS IT FEATURES ALL YOUR FAVORITE SUPER MARIO BROS CHARACTERS, HAS A VIDEO MODE, AND EVEN FEATURES THE ICONIC SOUNDS OF THE VIDEO GAME. THIS IS A REALLY SOLID EXAMPLE OF THIS GAME WITH A NICE ORIGINAL PLAYFIELD AND A CABINET WITH SOLID ORIGINAL COLORS. THE GAME WAS JUST TRADED INTO OUR STORE THE PINBALL DUDES IN JUPITR FL. THE GAME HAS BEEN WELL TAKEN DURING ITS LIFE AND IS A REALLY NICE ORIGINAL. OUR INCREDIBLE TEAM OF TECHS DID A PHENOMENAL JOB ON THIS PIN. THE PLAYFIELD WAS TORN DOWN, CLEANED AND WAXED AND ALL NEW RUBBERS AND LEDS WERE INSTALLED. THE PLAYFIELD EXHIBITS MINOR WEAR FOR A 32 YEAR OLD SUPER MARIO PIN. THESE PLAYFIELD ALMOST ALWAYS SHOW A TON OF WEAR DUE TO THE POPULARITY OF THE PIN, BUT NOT THIS SURVIVOR. PLEASE LOOK AT ALL THE PICS TO SEE HOW AWESOME THE PLAYFIELD LOOKS WITH THE LED LIGHTS INSTALLED. ALL OF YOUR FAVORITE MARIO CHARACTERS INCLUDING MARIO AND LUIGI ARE PLASTERED ALL OVER THIS PLAYFIELD. THE PLAYFIELD ART TRANSPORTS YOU TO THE WORLD OF SUPER MARIO. This is an authentic vintage arcade/pinball display piece featuring classic horse racing odds graphics, Win / Place / Show / Purse sections, numbered horse panels, and colorful early gambling-era artwork. Research points to this being associated with the Universal Industries “Winner” horse race one-ball pinball/gambling machine from circa 1950, though buyers should make their own determination for exact application and compatibility. A highly decorative and increasingly hard-to-find piece of arcade and pinball history. Original backglasses from these early horse racing machines were fragile and often broken or discarded over time, making surviving examples desirable for restoration projects, game room display, or collectors of early coin-op amusement machines.
