Game is completely gone through by Orange County Pinballs, a full service pinball shop. Game goes through a rigorous refurbishment process and service checklist by professional pinball technicians to make sure it is 100% fully operational and looks great! All electronic boards are inspected, serviced, repaired and any burnt connectors replaced. Fuses are checked and correct fuse values installed (safety issue to prevent damage to the game or a fire). Cabinet vacuumed, outside of cabinet cleaned and inspected for any issues. Playfield is stripped down and all plastics, ramps and mechanisms are cleaned and the playfield is polished. If the game has plastic ramps they are flame polished to restore clarity and appearance. All switches are checked, adjusted or replaced. All coils and mechanisms are checked, adjusted or replaced. THE SOPRANOS ® pinball features the real voices of many characters on the show, including Tony Soprano (James Gandolfini), Silvio (Steven Van Zandt), Dr. Melfi (Lorraine Bracco), Carmela Soprano (Edie Falco), Uncle Junior (Dominic Chianese), and Big Pussy (Vincent Pastore). The pinball machine also plays THE SOPRANOS ® classic theme song, Woke Up This Morning, during game play. Pinball Hall of Fame artist Kevin OConnor created the art for the playfield, while the cabinet and backglass artwork are taken directly from original HBO promotional art. This machine was privately owned by Edie Falco, the actress who played Carmela Sopranos on the HBO series. The Stern Pinball company gave each of the cast members a machine in return for allowing their voices to be used on the pinball machine soundtrack. The machine was stored in her home and never used and is brand new. I bought it directly from her and it has been barely played since. I run a very small vending route and I move all my games with a great deal of care as not to damage the cabinet. Check all photos as to condition I rate game an 7.5 to 8 out of 10. Check all photos ask all questions all sales are final. I have cleaned the playfield replaced any burnt out bulbs replaced any bad rubbers, checked the plunger links , they are good and tight. I have checked operation of all switches and coils all are in good working order. Included with game is a full replacement plastic set , I have replaced the long rail along side the ball shooter lane as it was broken. All so replaced the clear plastic above the safe. There is a crack in the plastic in front of the fish that I repaired with clear packing tape on the under side if I did not tell of this one might not ever notice. The paint on the cabinet where you place your hands on the flipper switches has been touched up check photos. I live in MA some 50 miles south of BOSTON ZIP 02745. Overall Surface condition is good for the age of the machine, No Missing Plastics, Ramps, or other playfield parts. Cabinet and Back Box have very few scratches and dings, with little fading. Coin Door is in very good shape, no coin mechs installed (N/A Set to Free Play). Translight is in Excellent Shape!
