WILLIAMS 1977 SS HOT TIP Horse Racing PINBALL MACHINE Vintage from Estate

Williams 1977 Pinball “Hot Tip”. From a local estate cleanout. Previous owners claims that machine was in operational order in 2017 when stored. We plugged in and it powers on, lights up, and left flipper responds. We do not know much about these machines and were unable to get it to play. Condition wise case would rate a cosmetic 7.5 out of 10. Overall very clean with minimal scuffs and marks. Playfield rates an 8 out of 10. Paint is intact, shows very little wear or damage. Looking inside all components appear clean, intact, and complete. Backglass is in need of some restoration. 2 larger areas of paint loss, primarily in the green field areas. One or two smaller spots the size of a nickel that also are in need of touch-up. We have done our best to provide clear and accurate descriptions and photos.
