This machine has been completely restored by our professionals of 45 years in the business and works 100%! Our restoration process takes approx. 40 hours and include but not limited to. Checking all connectors for corrosion and solder breakdown, inspecting for weak displays, rebuilding flippers as needed, checking all solenoids & mechanics for wear, replacing batteries and reprogramming, re-rubbering the playfield as well as cleaning and polishing the playfield, ramps & plastics. The player must quickly “put out fires” when they appear in various places on the playfield, by either completing a bank of targets or making a lit shot. These objectives award points increased by the “Fire Multiplier” as displayed in the upper playfield inserts indicating 10x-7x-5x-3x-2x. Each ball in play starts with this multiplier at its highest value of 10x and counts downward each time a fire is not put out within a timed interval. Each end of a large horseshoe lane is protected by ramps that raise and lower. When lowered, they deliver the ball to ball locks. Upper playfield has a ramp that raises and lowers during play, allowing a ball to enter an elevated opening for multiball. This game was a high end restoration years ago and has been in a private collection for nearly a decade. Game is completely gone through by Orange County Pinballs, a full service pinball shop. Game goes through a rigorous refurbishment process and service checklist by professional pinball technicians to make sure it is 100% fully operational and looks great! All electronic boards are inspected, serviced, repaired and any burnt connectors replaced. Fuses are checked and correct fuse values installed (safety issue to prevent damage to the game or a fire). Cabinet vacuumed, outside of cabinet cleaned and inspected for any issues. Playfield is stripped down and all plastics, ramps and mechanisms are cleaned and the playfield is polished. If the game has plastic ramps they are flame polished to restore clarity and appearance. Flippers are rebuilt with new plungers, links and coil stops to ensure the strongest possible flippers. All rubber rings are replaced and all new lightbulbs installed. All switches are checked, adjusted or replaced. All coils and mechanisms are checked, adjusted or replaced. 1952 Williams Super World Series Baseball Pinball Pitch & Bat Arcade Works. With that said the game is in working order and I attempted to take a video but it was pretty difficult when you are the only one holding the camera, pitching the ball and swinging the bat, so the video is not the best, but you will get the idea and see that it works. To see it working. The machine has wear and it is far from perfect as there is playfield wear, backglass wear and some parts of the cabinet have been painted or touched up. The wood legs are not the correct legs, but they do work for the machine. The game is set up for free play and it does have the back service door and key for it. Please look at all pictures. Because grading is subjective to each individual, it is important that you review all pictures closely. If there is some damage or missing parts I will do my best to always mention what I see.
