Street Fighter II pinball machine by Gottlieb is here now ready to enjoy today! Game is completely gone through by Orange County Pinballs, a full service pinball shop. Game goes through a rigorous refurbishment process and service checklist by professional pinball technicians to make sure it is 100% fully operational and looks great! All electronic boards are inspected, serviced, repaired and any burnt connectors replaced. Fuses are checked and correct fuse values installed (safety issue to prevent damage to the game or a fire). Cabinet vacuumed, outside of cabinet cleaned and inspected for any issues. Playfield is stripped down and all plastics, ramps and mechanisms are cleaned and the playfield is polished. If the game has plastic ramps they are flame polished to restore clarity and appearance. Flippers are rebuilt with new plungers, links and coil stops to ensure the strongest possible flippers. All rubber rings are replaced and all new lightbulbs installed. All switches are checked, adjusted or replaced. All coils and mechanisms are checked, adjusted or replaced. New sheet of tempered playfield glass. Locks with keys for full access inside the machine. Also the location must be tractor trailer accessible. This item is in the category “Collectibles\Arcade, Jukeboxes & Pinball\Pinball\Machines”. The seller is “orangecountypinballs” and is located in this country: US. This game works great. We have fully shopped it and replaced all of the rubber bands with new ones. We have also replaced all of the light bulbs with new Cointaker LEDs (the best you can get). There are just a handful of bulbs that are not cointaker but still LED, because the cointakers would not fit. But only a few. Every single bulb, switch, coil, target, display segment, sound effect, etc is working great. We replaced the MPU board with a new Rottendog MPU. The sound board is new. All of the other boards are original and working perfectly. This game has been in my Pinball Paradise playable pinball museum in central IL for about 3 years and had no problems at all other than one bumper not working for a while, which ended up just being a bad solder joint on the bumper driver board. A 2 minute repair. Otherwise, it has worked flawlessly for over 3 years with weekly play. NOTE: The displays all work perfectly and have no burns or flaws of any kind. The pictures unfortunately make it look like the displays are not working, because this darn iPhone doesn’t allow my to adjust the shutter speed. It is such a fast shutter speed that it catches the displays while drawing the digits and makes them look broken. Trust me, to the human eye, they look and function perfectly. If anyone knows how to adjust the shutter speed on an iPhone 12 please message me. We have of course completely shopped it after pulling it out of the museum last week, so it is playing about like new. This game really plays great, and has SO much to shoot for on the playfield. It has 2 banks of drop targets lower bank has new targets, and upper bank has original targets but I’m including all new ones if you want to change them. I didn’t want to because “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”. There are 2 patented “vari-targets” well incorporated into the layout and rules. There are 4 flippers, some loop shots, several lanes, bumpers, slingshots, rollovers, saucers, etc… Just a really fun game with lots to do and a lot of challenge if you want to accomplish everything. Also, I need to emphasize just how HUGE this game is. Not only is it a wide-body, but it is also deeper / longer than most pinballs. It will stick out a little from the other pinballs in your line up because Gottlieb made these enormous. And it was well worth it, because they filled the playfield with a lot more artwork and things to shoot for. I really love these wide-bodies. I wish this became the standard size for pinballs. The game has a new ball and lock. The quarter coin mechs work so you can use it as a piggy bank if you wish. I should also mention that Star Race is one of the rarest Gottlieb games made. Very low production of 870 units. I have never seen another one and I have seen 10s of thousands of pinballs in the last 30 years. I don’t know where they all went, but they are not put up for sale very often I can tell you. One last thing to mention. The pinball has a solid steel plate bolted to the bottom of the game that completely covers the entire bottom of the game. This adds a lot of weight to the game. Because I’ve seen these on other Gottlieb widebodies just like this. It has a hole for the power switch. Here is a video I took showing that the game is fully working. CONDITION and RATINGS for THIS SPECIFIC MACHINE. The physical / cosmetic condition of this game is very good. It is not mint, but very good. The playfield does have some worn spots, but nothing very bad. It looks like there are a few areas that were touched up on the playfield but they look good to me and I’m not sure because it must have been before I got it. Overall, the playfield still looks very good in my opinion. The artwork is outstanding, and so vibrant that the few worn areas really don’t stand out at all. The plastics are all basically perfect. I can’t see any flaws or cracks or broken parts at all. The backglass looks very good, but definitely has some flaking. Fortunately the flaking is in the dark blue sections, which are sky/star areas so it doesn’t stand out badly and just looks like more stars. A lot better than if the girls were flaking badly which they are not. The cabinet is very nice and solid. The paint on the cabinet is all original – no touchup – and still is excellent. There are a few scratches and worn spots but not bad. The coin door is excellent, and has working coin mechs and original coin box. New LED bulbs to light the coin slots, and a new lock. It has been fully shopped with LED bulbs. If you need any more pictures or have any questions, please let me know – I’m happy to answer. PLAYFIELD PLASTICS: 9.5/10. COIN DOOR: 9.5/10. STANDARD GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF SOLID STATE PINBALL SHOPPING. Im not a pinball expert so there may be some things that are not functioning properly we played the game for a while and it seems good. No key no back cover.. Has age related wear.. Back glass is in nice shape.. Some flaking on lady. The coin mechanism has been bypassed. Just push the center bottom on door and its ready to go.. Push multiple times to add players. When adding players only the 4th player light lights up.. Score count works most lights seem to be working one of the targets is missing. The play field plastics are warping a few are missing the metal nuts. Please ask questions im happy to test anything with. Gottlieb far out pinball machine for sale working. Buyers of antiques know that the character of old furniture is often exhibited in the unique way it shows its age. We try to fully describe each piece in an attempt to let you know exactly what you will be receiving. To further clarify each item, we include detailed and close-up photos that frequently exaggerate wear and tear in a way that is not representative of how the item will appear under typical casual observation in your home or office. Close-up photos often cause the finish color to appear lighter or surface imperfections to appear larger or more severe than when the item is viewed directly. The primary image is most often the best representation of color and overall appearance. We carefully select each item for quality and value with our customer in mind. Gottlieb Dragonette Pinball Machine 1954 Woodrail Double Award Game Roy Parker. See pictures for best description. I have owned this game for over 25 years. All original and mostly complete. No original score cards or schematic. Cosmetically speaking i would say. The cabinet is about a 8 1/2. Backglass about 9 1/2. Playfield is about 7. Original back door is included. Has been cut in half for locations with short ceiling. Only old guys know this trick! Game probably doesn’t work. I have not plugged it in for 20 years. Game was barely working then. Will take thorough cleaning to operate correctly. Old lock was drilled out and replaced. Doesn’t fit quite right. Backglass has very small amount of lifting. Playfield has screw holes where none should be. Three at the top of Playfield and one in each large character lower mid Playfield. Some paint loss from ball wear. Seven leg bolts screw in as they should. Comes with reproduction set of plastics, Playfield inserts and spring loaded rollovers. A coupla pop bumper caps have been replaced. Old ones are included. Production run of 950.. How many left are unrestored? If you need more pictures please ask. I have described this game to the best of my ability and in good faith. I want the new owner to be happy with this infamous pinball machine! 98155 no stairs and twenty five feet from curb.
