OUTER SPACE AND SPACE THEMED PINS ARE HIGHLY SOUGHT AFTER AND THIS ONE IS NO EXCEPTION. THIS IS A VERY SOLID ORIGINAL EXAMPLE OF THIS PIN THAT WAS GIVEN THE LOVE IT DESERVES BY OUR TEAM. OUR INCREDIBLE TEAM OF TECHS TORE DOWN THE PLAYFIELD, CLEANED AND WAXED EVERYTHING AND INSTALLED ALL NEW RUBBERS AND LED LIGHTS. LEDS WERE INSTALLED AND MAN DO THEY BRING OUT THE COLORS IN THE PLAYFIELD. THE PLAYFIELD REALLY LOOKS COOL WITH THE LEDS INSTALLED AND EXHIBITS NORMAL WEAR FOR A 41 YEAR OLD PIN. TAKE A CLOSE LOOK AT THE PLAYFIELD TO SEE JUST HOW COLORFUL IT IS, AND HOW GREAT IT LOOKS WITH THE LED LIGHTS INSTALLED. THE CABINET EXHIBITS BRIGHT VIBRANT ORIGINAL ORANGE COLORS AND THE NICKS AND SCRATCHES EXPECTED FOR A GAME OF THIS AGE. All original boards have been gone thru and work great! Power supply has been rebuilt and upgraded, Playfield is very nice, with a few small scratches, Backglass is ok, but has some pretty big missing areas, has a mix of leds and incandescent bulbs, game plays fast and fun! Nice, great playing, fully working, players’ condition widebody pinball. Everything on this game is working 100%. It has been fully shopped. All bulbs have been replaced with top quality LEDs. All displays are fully working. All coils and switches are fully working. Flippers are nice and strong. Drop targets have all been taken apart, cleaned, and work perfectly. Sound board has been rebuilt and sounds great. BTW, all the displays work perfectly. The shutter speed on my camera is so fast that it makes it look like some of the digits are not working. This is not true – in real life all the displays are working completely. HUGE wide playfield with lots to shoot for and great action. The game really plays very well and looks good. I changed all bulbs to LEDs. And not cheap chinese LEDs – I get only the best from Cointaker. I made a quick movie showing the game fully working. You can see it here. CONDITION and RATINGS for THIS SPECIFIC MACHINE. Cabinet solid, no signs of water damage anywhere, good paint although not perfect. The backglass has paint missing in places. The playfield is worn in places. Plastics are excellent – none broken or damaged. New ball and lock. The game does not currently have coin mechanisms – you have to open the coin door and trip the coin switch for credits. I can install mechs if you need them. When we shop a solid state pinball, here is what that includes. 1 Removed most everything from the playfield. 2 Clean, wax, and polish entire playing surface. 3 Replace all above-playfield light bulbs with new LED bulbs. 4 Replace all below-playfield light bulbs with new LED matching colored bulbs. 5 Replace all rubbers with new ones. 6 Re-install all above playfield plastics and hardware after thorough cleaning. 7 Remove backglass, replace all bulbs with LEDs. 8 Make sure all features of pinball are working properly. 9 Scrub, clean, and touch up cabinet to the best of our limited ability. 10 Install new lock on front door. 11 Install new ball(s). Game is completely gone through by Orange County Pinballs, a full service pinball shop. Game goes through a rigorous refurbishment process and service checklist by professional pinball technicians to make sure it is 100% fully operational and looks great! All electronic boards are inspected, serviced, repaired and any burnt connectors replaced. Fuses are checked and correct fuse values installed (safety issue to prevent damage to the game or a fire). Cabinet vacuumed, outside of cabinet cleaned and inspected for any issues. Playfield is stripped down and all plastics, ramps and mechanisms are cleaned and the playfield is polished. If the game has plastic ramps they are flame polished to restore clarity and appearance. Flippers are rebuilt with new plungers, links and coil stops to ensure the strongest possible flippers. All rubber rings are replaced and all new lightbulbs installed. All switches are checked, adjusted or replaced. All coils and mechanisms are checked, adjusted or replaced. New sheet of tempered playfield glass. Locks with keys for full access inside the machine. Also the location must be tractor trailer accessible.
