This is a beautiful, extensively restored Bally Eight Ball. The game has been disassembled, cleaned inside and out, buffed and shined, polished, and waxed. All playfield parts were removed, metal parts were buffed and polished to a mirror shine, the playfield was cleaned, polished with novus 2, then buffed with 3 coats of hard wax even under the lower apron and upper ball arch. The playfield does have some small areas of paint chipping around some inserts but is in overall great shape. Pop bumpers were rebuilt with new coil sleeves, new skirts, bodies, and also new bumper caps, pop bumper rings were buffed to a mirror shine. All playfield plastics and posts were cleaned, and buffed to a shine, and new post nuts were installed. All new light bulbs were installed throughout the game and a new set of rubber rings were installed, all switches and contacts were cleaned and adjusted for fast lively pinball action, also the game comes with a new ball and new tempered playfield glass installed. The legs were sandblasted down to clean metal then repainted to the original metallic gray and new metal leg levelers were installed. The coin door was completely disassembled and cleaned inside and out. The chimes were disassembled, cleaned and rebuilt with new plungers, coil sleeves, chime bars were buffed to a mirror shine then reinstalled with a new chime bar mounting kit for crisp clean sound. The backglass is in perfect condition with no paint loss and has a new lift channel installed, original score displays are bright and crisp with no burn spots. All electronics boards were rebuilt with all new connector pins, new trifurcon connectors crimped on every wire for every board, and new plastic connector housings were also installed for every board, all new capacitors were installed, and grounding and connection upgrades were done to all electronic boards. On the mother board all new machine pin sockets were installed for all socketed chips, the backup memory battery was removed and replaced with a memory capacitor so no more having to worry about battery issues on the board. The power supply rectifiers were also upgraded to heavy duty rectifiers with heat sinks and all grounding and connector upgrades were also done on the power supply. The cabinet is solid and all original with some scuffs and wear, and some playfield plastics have slight warping. The game comes with a set of reprinted score cards installed and also the original score cards plus a nice reprinted owners manual with schematics in a nice binding.
