THE LEDS LOOK ABSOULUTELY FANTASTIC AND MAN DO THEY BRING OUT THE COLORS IN THE PLAYFIELD. THE PLAYFIELD WAS CLEAR COATED AT SOME POINT IN ITS LIFE TO PREVENT WEAR. YOU HAVE TO LOOK LONG AND HARD TO FIND ANY MINOR WEAR ON THIS INCREDIBLE LOOKING PLAYFIELD. WE HAVE HAD PLENTY OF SPACE SHUTTLES COME THROUGH AND THIS IS THE NICEST EXMPLE BY FAR. ALL NEW PLASTICS WERE INSTALLED AND THEY FANTASTIC. A NEW SPACE SHUTTLE FOR THE PLAYFIELD AS WELL AS NEW RAMPS WERE ALSO INSTALLED. THESE GAMES WERE SUPER POPULAR AND PLAYED OFTEN, SO THIS PLAYFIELD IS A SURVIVOR. THE CABINETS ON THESE ARE ALWAYS FADED TO HECK, BUT NOT THIS EXAMPLE. THE COLORS ARE VIVID AND THE BLUES AND REDS LOOK GREAT. THE CABINET EXHIBITS MINOR NICKS AND SCRATCHES FOR A PIN OF THIS AGE. The USA built Retro-Ball 24 is a tabletop pinball cabinet optimized to play the older style electro-mechanical pinball tables. However, do not let the small size fool you, this system can play almost any VPX games. This system features a custom designed and built cabinet aimed at pleasing a more discerning crowd that appreciates a stylish design that can blend in into a sophisticated, tasteful setting. The dual trapezoidal shaped back box is a nod to the older style Gottlieb Wedge-Head design that was popular in the 1960’s and 1970’s, strongly accented with a’Streamline Moderne’ design.
