Barb wire pinball machine, produced by Gottlieb in 1996. Rare pinball only a 1000 were ever made. We have gone through this pinball and fully updated the motors and lights. We have removed all parts on the play field and cleaned and waxed and install new rubbers and all lights replaced with LED bulbs that look amazing. This pinball plays fast and is a lot of fun to play. Barb Wire Pinball machine is based off the movie of same name, in turn derived from the comic book.. This was Gottlieb’s last pinball machine before closing their doors at the end of the year in 1996. The game was designed by Bill Parker with artwork by. Marketing slogans for the machine include: “Go Haywire In This New Pinball From Gottlieb”, “Pinball With Attitude”, and Don’t Call Me Babe. The Tommy pinball machine features more than 2 dozen play modes. Completing 12 modes unlocks the Pinball Wizard multiball of six balls, by lighting the letters to spell T-O-M-M-Y then hitting one of two scoops. Depending on which scoop activates the multiball, the player is given either 3 or 4 balls. This mode has multiple subsequent stages, each awarding greater point values as jackpots. Additional features include: 3 Flippers, 3 Pop bumpers, 6 Multiballs. The Flipper blinders extend from under metal apron to cover flipper area from player’s view. Playfield Toys include: Captain Walker’s airplane and and a Raising/Lowering mirror.
