The newest installment of the hugely popular racing series, Mario Kart Arcade GP DX, contains new karts, game modes, courses, and features in addition to a rainbow LED-lit cabinet with a 42-inch HD panel. With “Funny Face Frames, ” a new addition to the well-known NAM-CAM feature that projects the player’s face over the kart, players can stretch, squeeze, and alter their faces into a variety of expressions. The game includes three game modes. And it may be linked up to four cabinets. Players can participate in 40 rounds over five different cups in the Grand Prix mode. All players can experience the thrill of competitive racing in Versus mode. One person controls the “Fusion Karts” in the new 2-person Co-Op mode while the other “shoots” other players. With over 20 types of karts that can specifically trigger over 90 types of items, the racing possibilities of Mario Kart Arcade GP DX are endless and players will be coming back to play again and again. First, the player chooses a character and then chooses between seven karts, five of them are unlockable. Prior to the race players can have their photo snapped and decorate with 12 features line a pirate suit or samurai helmet.
