The legs that make it stand about an inch taller have broken pieces. 2 are whole and 2 are broken. I have removed them, but will include them with the sale in case you want to replace them or even possibly use 2 of them at the top to make the unit lay at an angle.

Condition is very good. Since it is a used item, it is in good condition overall, although there are some damages and stains. It is a table-top horse racing game machine made in Germany in the 1940s.
