BALLY 1978 BOBBY ORR POWER PLAY PINBALL MACHINE WORKS GREAT WITH NEW BLUE LEDS. Back glass in very good condition, some minor crackling in some of the red areas (no paint missing). Classic pin with 4 flippers, 3 pop bumpers, 8 drop targets, rollover targets, and the great hockey puck between the flippers. This machine was fully shopped 3 years ago and new blue leds were installed (original leds will be included with the sale). Playfield is cleaned and waxed and in great condition, rubbers were all replaced 3 years ago, will also include a new rubber kit with the machine. Cabinet is in very good shape overall. Condition is Used, no warranties but machine is guaranteed to be fully functioning. BOBBY ORR WAS A HELLUVA HOCKEY PLAYER FOR THE CHICAGO BLACK HAWKS AND THIS IS ONE GREAT PINBALL MACHINE. THIS GAME IS A CLASSIC FOR A REASON, AS IT IS ALL CLASSIC BALLY: 4 FLIPPERS, 3 POP BUMPERS, 8 DROP TARGETS, ROLLOVER TARGETS AND MY FAVORITE A HOCKEY PUCK BETWEEN THE FLIPPERS. THIS GAME WAS STRIPPED DOWN BY MY INCREDIBLE TEAM OF TECHS. THE PLAYIELD WAS CLEANED AND WAXED, ALL RUBBERS WERE REPLACED AND LEDS STRATEGICALLY WERE INSTALLED. THE PLAYFIELD IS A NICE EXAMPLE WITH MINOR WEAR IN SPOTS BUT BY NO MEANS THE NORMAL BLOWN OUT PLAYFIELDS ONE OFTEN SEES IN THESE GAMES. THE CABINET HAS GOOD ORIGINAL RAD AND BLUE COLORS AND NORMAL NICKS AND SCRATCHES FOR A 42 YEAR OLD PIN. THE GAME HAD A NEW MASTER ALTEK CPU BOARD INSTALLED TO INSURE YEARS OF TROUBLE FREE GAME PLAY. THE DISPLAYS ARE ALL BRIGHT AND VIBRANT. THE BACKGLASS IS AN AVERAGE EXAMPLE AND DOES SHOW MAJOR FLAKING IN SPOTS. IF YOU WERE LOOKING FOR A AN EXAMPLE OF THIS GAME WITH A NICE PLAYFIELD THAT PLAYS AS IS SHOULD WITH NO ERRORS THEN DO NOT MISS THIS ONE. Bally Bobby Orr Power Play Pinball Machine

1978 Bally BOBBY ORR POWER PLAY Pinball Machine. This is a solid state pinball machine that allows up to 4 players. It features 4 flippers, 3 pop bumpers, 2 slingshots, 1 standup target, 2 sets of 4 drop target assemblies, 10 star rollovers, 1 kick-out hole, and an up-post between the flippers. This BOPP has gone through extensive electrical reconditioning and it is too nice to part out. Overall, it plays well and is in nice electrical condition. However, it has numerous cosmetic issues that need to be pointed out. The machine is fully working. Every switch and every solenoid is functioning correctly. The chime unit (for sound) works fine. The playfield plastics are in very nice condition with no cracks or damage. A rubber kit was just installed. A new pinball was just installed. The legs were repainted and new leg levelers were installed. There are bunch of cosmetic flaws that prevent this from being a much more expensive pinball machine. The playfield has some moderate wear. The cabinet is very sturdy, but part of the backbox has been repainted solid black. It also has a drill hole in the front of the machine where a security bar/lock was once installed. All five of the score displays are showing signs of damage. They currently work, but at some point in the past, the high voltage section of the solenoid driver board was damaged (this has now been fixed). This damage caused 230 volts to be sent to the displays, which should only have 170 to 180 volts. This causes the score displays to wear out pre-maturely. The backglass has several cracks in it (large cracks from top to bottom and side to side). This does not affect game play. It is purely cosmetic, but a cracked backglass negatively affects the value of a machine. Someone attempted to mitigate the damage by epoxying another piece of glass to the cracked backglass. This is a Bally POWER PLAY pinball machine arcade game. Cabinet and playfield look GREAT! (in my opinion) NO FADING on the cabinet like you usually see with these games!! There is one spot where the cabinet got hacked on the left rear bottom corner when we moved years ago ugh! I was going to repair it, but I wanted to keep the cabinet “original”. This game has the old fashioned “Chimes” for sound. Message me and I can send videos and more pictures. This machine is in my personal collection and I just don’t play it much anymore. This is a Williams FIREPOWER II pinball machine arcade game. Playfield does have some wear. Cabinet is pretty nice (in my opinion). Player 4 display seems to have a segment out (See pics).
