SEGA APOLLO 13 Pinball Machine made in 1995 in nice shape (see pictures for condition). This machine has been HUO for over 20 years after acquiring from BMI gaming. The game is clean and maintained. The lockdown bar has some wear at the left edge that has been touched up for a smoother feel when playing. (Please see pictures for condition). Games plays as it should except for the moon magnet. A common fault on Sega’s Apollo 13 pinball machine is the moon magnet locking on and blowing the fuse. With the fuse removed (see picture) it plays the normal way except for the grab when you shoot the moon ramp. This repair would need to be made by a qualified repair service for full functionality of the moon magnet grab and release. Gameplay does continue without the grab, Moon still rotates and the ball is still registered when making the ramp shot. The game play is faster actually without the moon grab interruption for every letter registered in the BLASTOFF buildup for multi-play. There are a few chipped corners on the plastics that are now protected by bullet-proof clear washers on the high impact areas of the playfield. The plastic over the ball launch has some bulb heat damage (see picture).
