Gottlieb 1975 Four-Player Super Soccer Pinball Machine. Here’s an opportunity to own a classic pinball machine from the glory days of yesteryear. This is one of the very last purely electromechanical machines produced, using the same advanced technology that landed Americans on the moon… Well, more or less. This 1975 Gottlieb Super Soccer Pinball Machine supports single-player, two-person, three-person, and four-person competition, providing lots of playfield action and scoring features to make this a challenging game that will maintain interest. It features brand new rubber, springs, and pinball. Also, all 97 incandescent lightbulbs have been upgraded to LEDs for a brighter appearance, longer life, and reduced power consumption and heat. The used (working) incandescent bulbs have been retained in case you want to revert to the warmer glow of the original configuration. All aspects and features of this machine are fully-functional. The power ON/OFF switch conveniently located on bottom of machine removes AC power to entire machine to conserve energy when not in use. Both coin mechanisms are operating correctly. Accept quarters only, adding 5 replays to counter per inserted coin. Coins drop through to coin return when machine is unpowered. Coin reject button releases discrepant coins delivers to coin return slot. Start button resets game, zeros score reels, enables flippers, and kicks ball to plunger lane; additional button presses enable multi-player modes and decrements replay counter appropriately. Both flippers function correctly and are evenly matched. All action mechanisms on playfield are fully functional. Soccer ball kicker mechanism fully functional and balls awarded based in accordance playfield events with varied scoring based upon bonus status, number of events, etc. All score reels work properly; a couple reels occasionally hesitate slightly at 9 due to additional cam load, such that approximately 90% of the numeral 9 shows (advances normally to 0 afterwards, without hangup). Replays awarded in accordance with score card values for all four players. Replays correctly awarded for score match point. Score match point value occurs randomly, from 00 to 90.
